Breakfast
2 Wheatmeal bread (sandwich bread)

Morning tea

Coffee, milk, 1 sugar
10 Rice Crackers
Lunch
Afternoon Tea
Dinner
Went for a walk at morning tea too and did about 1,200 steps and was pleased with that.
So far at 11.30am I have done 3,134 steps and feeling like I am getting back to it.
