Not in a very good mood..

Not in a very good mood and I don't wanna talk about it tonight so here is my food and exercise today.

Went to the gym tonight did:

  • 15 minutes on bike
  • 3000 mtrs on rower (16:43 seconds)
  • Biceps
  • Triceps
  • 10 minutes Cross Trainer
  • 1000 mtrs on rower (5:30 seconds)
(felt like doing one more of my challenge to get it over and done with now I have only 2000mtrs to go)

Feeling quite sore now.

Breakfast
Toast
Avocado 1/2

Lunch
Meatballs
Spaghetti
(Homemade)

Afternoon Tea
Vitagrain Biscuits
Cracked Pepper Pate (not a lot just a smear)

Dinner
Steak
Mashed Potatoe
Silverbeat
Pumpkin
Cauliflour
