- Managed to do Went to the gym today. Ran on the treadmill for 1 minute 30 seconds at a time. Increased it by 30 seconds x 3. So happy with that.
- Worked on my arms and thighs and spent a lot of time with heavier weights
- Did some thigh crunchers on the inside and the outside of the thighs... made the mistake to go on the spin bike afterwards arghhhhhhh.
- Went on the spin bike 30 seconds up 30 seconds down for 5 minutes. Great workout. Going again tomorrow. I have to get back in to my exercise
When I look at this it doesn't look like much but I worked me butt off and I sweated a lot too so that is great.
Came home had breakfast and then went up and thoroughly did over our bedroom and ensuite and got rid of a lot of stuff and cleaned and the kids helped too.
Pam and Brianna came over for lunch and we ate outside and then came in and made Xmas cards... it was fun. We went from 2 till 6 pm making cards OMG it went so fast we didn't realise the time. Now sitting here while hubby makes dinner... yummmmy.
It is our date night tonight so we are going out for a coffee and maybe get a video and come back and watch it... only because there is nothing on at the movies that we want to see but can't afford to go out SIGHHH but tha tis Christmas for ya... would rather spend the money on something else.
Now hubby and I are going out for the night woohoooo.... tell ya about it later.

Forget the 600 grams - there's HEAPS of positives in this post! And 600 grams is nothing to be sneezed at either.
We too have date nights once a month and I love it - time to be a couple again without having to worry about the kids. Sounds like you had a great time and well done with the gym!
A loss is a loss, eh? Every little bit counts I guess ;-)
I'm sure that you'll see a bigger loss for your next weigh in. Keep up the great work!
Changing the subject, wow, you have had a productive time in making Christmas cards. It's such a wonderful way to pass the time. It's such fun. I bet the kids really enjoyed it too!
