  • 9th May - Friday - 1 hour personal training - follow the leader, pushing the Tyre octopus against M, spider walks, walk around block, climbing, balance game in triad
  • 6th May - Tuesday - Walk with dog
  • 5th May - Monday - 1 hour personal training - 1st training with Josh OMG such fun
